( CNN) Comedy legend Whoopi Goldberg steadfastly refuses to say President Trump’s name out loud, despite acknowledging that he’s “the man in charge.”
“There’s lots of stuff I do that people don’t like, you are familiar with, I can live with that, ” she added.
Goldberg, a native New Yorker who appeared along with Trump in the 1994 “Little Rascals” movie, described their relationship as one that had been “cordial, ” but told Axelrod that she had been “deeply” bothered over the years by Trump’s outspoken commentaries, specially “the nonsense of determining whether Barack Obama was an American citizen.”
